1pr1 Terms and Conditions – User Rules and Rights

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and 1pr1, a Sports Betting and online casino platform operated with a focus on the Brazilian market. By registering, depositing, betting, or simply browsing the platform, you fully accept this document and all supplementary policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules.

2 Registration & Account

2.1 Eligibility requirements

To create an account at 1pr1 and use the platform, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering;
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list on any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a 1pr1 employee.

Use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. The 1pr1 uses age and identity verification processes and may request documentation (national ID, driver's license, or passport) at any time. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any balances returned to the actual holder of the payment methods used.

2.2 Single account

Each individual may hold one account only at 1pr1. Creating additional accounts under different details to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or bypass restrictions applied to a previous account is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be held pending the outcome of an internal review.

2.3 Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your username or password with anyone. The 1pr1 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing the first withdrawal — or when required by regulatory obligation — the 1pr1 may request verification documents: a government-issued photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport), a recent proof of address, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used. The process is handled securely and all documents are treated in accordance with the LGPD.

3 Deposits

The 1pr1 accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the sender and the account may be suspended for investigation. The 1pr1 does not accept cash transfers, cryptocurrencies, or international payment methods.

4 Withdrawals

The 1pr1 processes withdrawals via Pix in up to 5 minutes, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, accepted from any Brazilian bank with an active Pix key — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Santander, and all others.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00;
• Your account must be verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals should preferably be made to the same method used for the deposit;
• Bonuses with pending wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until all conditions have been met;
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for up to 24 hours in cases requiring additional verification.

4.2 Real balance vs. bonus balance

Your account balance at 1pr1 is split into real balance (deposited funds and winnings) and bonus balance (amounts credited through promotions). Only the real balance is available for immediate withdrawal, subject to the conditions above. The bonus balance must meet the wagering requirements described in each promotion before it can be converted into withdrawable funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

The 1pr1 offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotions for registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all of them:

5.1 Welcome bonus

The welcome bonus is automatically credited on the first deposit that meets the minimum required amount. The percentage and maximum bonus value vary depending on the active offer at the time of registration. Check the promotions page for current terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Every bonus at 1pr1 carries a wagering requirement — also known as a rollover. This number indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, as specified) must be wagered before the balance becomes available for withdrawal. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 10x rollover requires R$ 1,000.00 in qualifying bets to release the balance.

• Cancelled, refunded, or voided bets do not count toward the rollover;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward the sports rollover requirement;
• Casino games contribute differently toward the rollover — refer to the terms of each promotion;
• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement is stated in each promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days;
• If the deadline passes without the requirements being met, the bonus balance is automatically removed with no credit to the real balance.

5.3 General Bonus Restrictions

Using bonuses to place low-risk bets for the sole purpose of artificially meeting rollover requirements (such as covering all outcomes of an event) is prohibited. The 1pr1 monitors betting patterns and may cancel bonuses or withdrawals linked to behavior that violates the spirit of promotions.

6 Sports Betting

The 1pr1 offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, the Brazilian national team, and international competitions), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, e-sports, and other sports. All bets are governed by the following general rules:

6.1 Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled according to the official result of the competition, as announced by the governing body;
• In the event of a discrepancy between sources, 1pr1 uses official sources as the primary reference;
• Live bets are settled based on the score at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified in the market;
• Extra time and penalty shootouts only count when explicitly included in the market being wagered on.

6.2 Suspended or Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled before it starts, all related bets are fully refunded to the real balance. If an event is suspended after it begins and does not resume on the same day, bets may be refunded or settled based on the score at the time of suspension, depending on the market. The 1pr1 will communicate the decision by email and in the bet history.

6.3 Odds Errors

1pr1 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical or human error. In such cases, bets are fully refunded. Bets accepted at correct odds are not affected by subsequent adjustments.

7 Casino and Games

The casino games available at 1pr1 — including live blackjack, roulette, crash games, slots and jackpots — are provided by licensed suppliers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. All virtual games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent bodies.

• The outcome of each game round is determined randomly and independently of previous rounds;
• The RTP (return to player) for each game is listed in the product description and may vary between versions;
• Progressive jackpots have their own specific rules published on each game's page;
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round may be voided and bets refunded at the discretion of the provider and 1pr1;
• Crash games (such as Aviator and Spaceman) are timing-skill games — the outcome cannot be predicted or manipulated by the player or the platform.

8 User Conduct

By using the platform 1pr1, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to manipulate bets or outcomes;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once;
• Fraudulently charging back deposits made via credit card after using the balance;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses or create artificial risk-free winning scenarios;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the system or interfering with the platform's operation;
• Sharing or selling your account to any third party.

The 1pr1 maintains active monitoring systems and reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law. Accounts involved in prohibited conduct will be suspended and balances may be held pending the conclusion of an internal investigation.

9 Responsible Gambling

The 1pr1 believes that sports betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. That's why we provide a full suite of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your account:

• Deposit limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once active, the limit can only be lowered immediately; increases take 7 days to come into effect;
• Loss limit: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period;
• Voluntary break: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. While paused, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets;

11 Account Suspension and Closure

The 1pr1 may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Detection of fraudulent conduct, including improper chargebacks and use of multiple accounts;
• Failure to pass identity verification or suspicion of false information;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user;
• Order from a competent authority;
• Extended account inactivity (no login for more than 24 months).

In cases of suspension due to a violation, the 1pr1 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the investigation finds no violation, the full balance is returned. In cases of closure at the user's request (with no violation), the balance is processed as a standard withdrawal within the normal timeframe.

12 Limitation of Liability

The 1pr1 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user;
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or third-party technical failures;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own failure to protect their credentials;
• User decisions based on unverified third-party information not confirmed by 1pr1;
• Odds changes between the time of viewing and bet confirmation due to network latency on the user's end.

The total liability of the 1pr1 toward the user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence by the platform.

13 Changes to the Terms

The 1pr1 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, platform operations, or industry best practices. When relevant changes are made:

• You will be notified at your registered email address at least 15 days in advance of any material changes;
• A notice will be displayed on the platform at the first login after the update;
• The last updated date shown at the top of this document will be revised;
• Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you disagree with any change, you may close your account before the new terms take effect with no penalty, and your balance will be processed as normal.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For dispute resolution, the parties elect the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing any legal proceedings, the 1pr1 and the user agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through customer support within 30 days of the formal notification of the issue.
